Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges

We are happy to Return or Exchange any ill fitting items or items that may arrive damaged.

We’ll need your items to be unwashed and unworn, with the hangtag still attached. In the event that your item comes to us with evidence of wear or damage, we will not be able to accept your return/exchange. Examples include, but are not limited to, stains, smells, snags or deoderant marks.

Only regular priced items may be returned/exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We ask that all returns/exchanges are made within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days has lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please notify us via email at info@skigirl.com 

Once you have packaged your item, please include with your return a brief note as to the reason for the return and if you would like to exchange it for something else or if you would like us to to refund the cost of them item.

Please be sure to include your order number (if possible), return address, email address and phone number.

Send your package via UPS ground, USPS first class or Priority (with tracking) to us at the following address:

Please allow 10 days from the time we receive your package for your return/exchange to be processed and for your account to be credited or for your new item to be shipped. As you may know, in some cases carriers have historically expereinced shipping problems. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts

If we are unable to exhange your item, and it was given to you as a gift, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.

Damaged Items

If for some reason your merchandise arrives damaged we will do everything we can to get you a replacement as fast as possible. We do ask that you call us at 833-SKI-GIRL so we can instruct you on how to document the damage and we can in turn work with to remedy the situation.

Shipping

Please note - you are responsible for the return shipping charges. If we agree that the original shipment contained an item in error or arrives damaged, we will cover the shipping costs to get the new/correct item to you.
